Our Approach


At a time when your customers expect great service, speed and reliability, you need to know that your technology is working, that it’s secure and that it makes things easier for your staff to deliver. Here’s how we help:

  • We don’t leave things to chance. Our engineers personally check all of our customer systems every week to make sure backups, disaster recovery and critical systems are working as they should.


  • We are not frightened to visit you; in fact, we like it. We don’t move into your office, but we’ll come on-site when needed, even if it’s just to make sure things are as they should be.


  • We work with your other providers to resolve issues. If something breaks, we don’t make you the middle-man, we take on the problem and work with other providers through to resolution.

Combining remote support from our headquarters in Ayrshire, with proactive monitoring, regular site visits and a weekly maintenance check and report carried out personally by one of our engineers you can trust that you are always up-to-date and secure.
